Prior to that, they gained experience as a Human Resource Intern at DeKalb Medical in 2017, where they systematized job descriptions, assisted with continuing education courses, and performed administrative tasks.

Celeste's work experience also includes working as Hospitality Wait Staff at Hallie Janes Catering Company from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they set up facilities for events, trained new employees, and provided excellent customer service. Celeste has also worked as a Senior Research Assistant at Agnes Scott College, where they assisted in survey development and data collection for academic research.

Additionally, Celeste has experience working as an Aftercare Associate independently, and as a Yearbook Editor for "The Silhouette", the Agnes Scott College Yearbook. In this role, they revived the yearbook with a small team, utilized software to create engaging spreads, and managed project timelines with their team.

Celeste Minor attended Clarke Central High School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained their high school diploma. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Agnes Scott College from 2014 to 2018. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad de Oviedo, focusing on Español: La Casa de las Lenguas. Additionally, Celeste has obtained several certifications, including Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Project Management Skills for Leaders, and Slack Essential Training, all from LinkedIn, in 2023.
