Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Chris is currently working at Doximity as a Senior Android Engineer, where they have spearheaded initiatives into compose and integrated it into Doximity's UI. Chris regularly finds performance optimizations applicable to compose UI and improves animation and UI speeds. Prior to this, they worked as an Android Engineer at Doximity and Viper Design LLC. Chris has also worked as an ALT (English Teacher) at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET). In the field of Android development, they have held positions at companies such as Takl | On-Demand Home Services, Mercury Intermedia, Metova, iCitizen, and MTSU. At MTSU, Chris collaborated with three other students to create an app that became a part-time job for students. Additionally, they worked as a Tech-Consultant at MTSU IT-Help and as a Store Clerk/ Cashier at Kroger.
