Edward Kim

Edward Kim, MD, is an internist and partner at Southview Medical Group since July 2014, and currently serves as a Digital Health Fellow at Doximity starting January 2024. Kim has been a board member at Red Mountain IPA since January 2016, focusing on Medicare quality metrics and costs for a Medicare Advantage plan in Birmingham, AL. Between 2016 and 2018, Kim acted as a Sub Investigator in clinical trials at Synexus SA. Prior experiences include serving as a Resident Physician in Internal Medicine at Baptist Health System from July 2011 to June 2014 and completing a medical education at the University of Alabama School of Medicine from 2007 to 2011. Kim holds a B.A. in Spanish/Pre-Med from Washington University in St. Louis, earned in 2005.
