Jason Cave

Jason Cave has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jason is currently working as a Software Engineer, Android at Doximity, starting from March 2021. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer at ReNA Fitness, where they volunteered and created an Android app for purchasing fitness classes and built a check-in system using Ruby on Rails with a Postgresql database. Jason also worked at CBT Nuggets as an Android Engineer and Apps Product Owner, where they led the development of their mobile app and improved its play store rating. Jason also served as a User Experience Engineer and UX Design Manager at CBT Nuggets, where they created user interfaces and conducted usability testing and A/B testing. Before that, they worked at Amazon as a Sr. User Experience Designer, contributing to the design of retail customer experience templates and creating interactive prototypes for usability testing. Jason also held the position of Director of User Experience at Musicians Friend and was the Owner of Ridgeline Media, LLC. Jason started their career at Musicians Friend as a Web Designer and gradually took on roles as a Sr. User Interface Designer and Manager of User Experience Design. Jason's early experience includes working as a UI Designer/Developer at WebMastery, where they created custom e-commerce solutions using .NET and ASP.

Jason Cave obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Southern Oregon University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in May 2019.
