May Paddor has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2023, they will be working as a Business Analytics Specialist at Doximity. Prior to that, they served as a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Retention at Tulane University from September 2022 to April 2023. In this role, they utilized Microsoft Excel and RStudio to clean and wrangle data, created interactive dashboards using Power BI to illustrate the effects of student services on undergraduate retention rates, and presented valuable insights to stakeholders.
In 2022, May worked as an Account Associate for Corporate Pricing and Public Affairs at Real Chemistry. In this position, they assisted on four client accounts specializing in pharmaceutical pricing and biotechnology, contributed to a weekly client-facing newsletter on pricing and public affairs, and created weekly reports on pharmacy program 340B.
In 2021, May served as a Value and Access Intern at Real Chemistry. During this time, they researched and analyzed sentiments about the release of the controversial Alzheimer's drug Aduhelm, worked as part of a team to create a campaign for the Black Coalition Against COVID-19, and created social media frameworks for 340B pricing efforts.
In 2020, May worked as a Volunteer Coordinator Intern at Green Light New Orleans from October 2020 to May 2021.

May Paddor completed a Master of Business Analytics degree at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management degree with a focus on Marketing and Management from the same institution from 2019 to 2022.
