Shawn Monroe

Shawn Monroe's work experience begins with an internship at HealthPlan HMO in 2009. They then worked as a Hospital Intern at Ohio Valley Medical Center/East Ohio Regional Hospital from January 2010 to April 2010. In 2010, Shawn also worked as a Financial Representative at Springleaf Financial Services, where they were responsible for tasks such as soliciting new business and developing relationships with customers.

From 2011 to 2017, Shawn worked at SERMO as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers, providing high-quality client service, and ensuring project designs aligned with client specifications while monitoring budgets.

In 2017, Shawn worked as a Panel & Programming Manager at Connected Research & Consulting, LLC for a brief period. They then moved on to work as a Project Director at Medefield from August 2017 to May 2018. After that, Shawn joined M3 USA as a Quantitative Project Manager II from June 2018 to May 2020.

Currently, Shawn is employed at Doximity as a Client Service Manager, Pharma, starting in May 2020.

Shawn Monroe completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services Administration from Ohio University, from the year 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. These certifications include the BHBIA Legal and Ethical Guidelines Training from the British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association, obtained in October 2014, the BHBIA Adverse Events Certificate from the same institution, obtained in August 2014, and the EphMRA Code of Conduct Competency Certificate from the European Pharmaceutical Market Research Association, also obtained in August 2014.
