Prior to this role, Thomson worked at Crowdstar as a QA professional, facilitating the transition to social gaming on Facebook and ensuring quality across multiple browsers. At Cryptic Studios, Thomson held the position of QA Compliance/Certification Specialist, reporting directly to lead management. Thomson also worked at Namco Bandai Games America as QA Assistant Lead, overseeing the quality assurance process for several AAA titles. Additionally, Thomson's early career included management at Bagel Street Cafe, where responsibilities included negotiations, customer relations, and financial management.
