Senior Software Engineer - Tech Lead at Doximity

Troy Stauffer has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Troy started their career as a Developer at Duthie Associates, where they built and maintained various data-driven and e-commerce websites. Troy also created courseware for industries such as healthcare, government, and education.

Following that, Troy worked at The Lampo Group, first as a Senior Web Developer and later as an Associate Director of Digital Development. In these roles, they led teams of developers, translated business requirements into technical project plans, and designed and maintained RESTful web services.

In 2014, Troy joined Fidano as a Senior Application Developer. Troy worked closely with the CTO and development team to transition existing software to a service-oriented architecture (SOA) model. Troy also migrated a legacy authentication system to a SAAS-based authentication service, allowing unified login across multiple clients.

From 2015 to 2017, Troy worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Iron Gaming, Inc. dba Rezli. Troy collaborated with the CEO, design team, and marketers to develop and deliver product features using Ruby on Rails and React. Troy also integrated various cloud platform services.

After that, Troy joined N2 Publishing in 2017 as a Ruby on Rails Developer. Troy was responsible for defining, architecting, developing, and maintaining Ruby on Rails based web systems. Troy worked on both front-end and back-end systems and provided recommendations on emerging technologies.

Currently, Troy is working at Doximity as a Full Stack Software Engineer. Troy builds web applications and services, and APIs for mobile applications. Troy utilizes best practices to develop systems capable of handling high volumes of operations. Additionally, they play a role in product direction and achieving market fit for new products.

Troy Stauffer attended IWU National & Global from 2003 to 2004, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In May 2012, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
