Malisa Dods has a diverse work experience. Malisa started their career in 2017 as a Student Caller at the University of Washington Office of Annual Giving. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Intern at Snap! Raise. Malisa then joined the University of Washington Dream Project as a College & Career Readiness Assistant (CCRA) in 2019. In the same year, they transitioned to RealSelf, where they held multiple roles. Malisa initially served as a Sales Operations Specialist, resolving support tickets and implementing efficient bug reporting methods. Later, they became an Operations Insight Specialist, collaborating with various teams to improve sales and marketing efforts. Their most recent role at RealSelf was as a Customer Operations Program Coordinator. In 2023, they joined doxo as a Support Systems Analyst.

Malisa Dods completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Washington from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained the certification for "Introduction to Python: Absolute Beginner" from Microsoft in June 2020.
