Devaiah Somayanda

Devaiah Somayanda has been working in the Human Resources field since 2005. Devaiah started as a Relationship Manager at Kotak Securities in 2005, then moved to Citibank India as a Citigold Relationship Manager and NRI Business in 2007. In 2009, they took on the role of Vice President & Head - Human Resources at Karvy Private Wealth. In 2016, they became Head - Human Resources at Sabka dentist (Total Dental Care Private Limited). Currently, they are the Head Of Human Resources at Dozee since 2022.

Devaiah Somayanda has a diverse educational background. Devaiah completed a Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2021 to 2022, with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management. Devaiah also earned an MBA from the ICFAI Business School from 2003 to 2005, specializing in Banking & Finance. Additionally, Devaiah has obtained several certifications, including Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in November 2021, Organization Design from LinkedIn in September 2021, People Analytics from Wharton Online in August 2021, and a Diploma in Human Resources from Alison in July 2021.
