Will Young

Will Young is an accomplished professional in the security field, currently serving as Owner/Operator of Dozekar Security since June 2023. Previously, from November 2021 to June 2023, Will held the position of Director of Adversary Assessments at Zaviant Consulting, where responsibilities included establishing the adversary assessment department and creating all service-related materials. Prior to that, from June 2012 to December 2021, Will was the Director of Technical Testing at MAD Security, having been promoted from the role of Security Engineer. In those positions, Will led technical assessments and managed service offerings while also developing important reporting frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. Will's career began with a Quality Assurance Internship at SAIC in 2008. Will earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Alabama in Huntsville between 2007 and 2011.
