D&P is a 100% minority and women-owned consulting firm. Collectively, we represent more than 40 years of experience in our core service areas of strategic philanthropy, public affairs, government relations, issue advocacy, political communications and community outreach. Our vision is big, but our company is small, which means that when you work with D&P, you work with the creative heart and soul of the company.

At D&P, we partner with clients to effect change through strategies that respond to community needs, and speak to those needs in a way that stirs action. Our approach reflects the fact that people are at the core of every public affairs operation, outreach effort or philanthropic program. The human element is inherent in all that we do, and permeates every aspect of how we work. It's why our services are effective in helping our clients get looked at, listened to and thought about.
We offer innovative solutions that help our clients meet their business and program objectives - consistently, successfully and profitably. We employ a model of doing business that highlights partnership, shared benefits, and a commitment to advancing social justice goals.

Key to our efforts is the uniting of these goals in projects of mutual benefit for our clients and their audiences. We provide our clients with novel strategies that help them transform their business and organizational practices. We work with them to maximize the potential of untapped or underutilized opportunities. We guarantee them results through approaches that are cost-effective and on target.

We call our approach consulting with a social conscience. The concept is simple; the outcomes are powerful.
