With 18 years of leadership and management experience in roles across vessel operations, ship management, and HSEQ, Andre has held significant positions at various reputable companies, including P&O Maritime, Hornbeck Offshore, and Svitzer. They earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Project Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Passionate about safety, leadership, and teamwork, Andre has contributed to numerous industry discussions and seminars worldwide.
