Debbie McCarthy

Debbie McCarthy is a results-driven Benefits Director with extensive experience in benefits administration and human resources leadership. They held the position of Director, Global Benefits at AAM from 2014 to 2020, where they oversaw design and administration of employee benefit plans and ensured compliance with regulations. Prior to that, they served as Director, Human Resources at JohnsonDiversey from 1991 to 2004, managing HR support for a large North American division. Currently, they are the Director, Benefits Americas at DP World and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
