Gemma Davis

Gemma Davis has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and customer service sectors. Currently, Gemma serves as an IT TOS Specialist at DP World London Gateway since May 2014, having progressed to also hold roles as Systems Optimisation Specialist and Terminal Controller. Prior to this, Gemma worked at London Southend Airport from March 2011 to May 2014 in positions such as Aircraft Dispatcher and Passenger Service Agent. Earlier experience includes serving as a Complaints Assessor and Call Center Operator at Royal Bank of Scotland Business between December 2008 and March 2011, and an Operations Assistant at Flightline Ltd in 2008. Gemma's professional journey began as a Pharmacy Assistant at DEEJAY PHARMACY LIMITED from March 2006 to May 2008. Gemma completed education at King Edmund School, including 6th form from 2006 to 2008.
