Hans Moerman

Hans Moerman is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as CFO of Digital Technology at DP World since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hans held significant positions at Amazon Web Services from February 2019 to November 2022, including Head of Enterprise Programs APJ and Head of Enterprise Strategy and Operations APJ. Their tenure at Alibaba Group as CFO of Lazada e-Logistics further establishes their expertise in the field. Hans has notable experience in corporate finance, having worked with Hertel in the Middle East focusing on M&A, working capital management, and asset management. Previous roles include Associate at NPM Capital, where management of multiple companies involved restructuring and refinancing, and an internship at ABN AMRO where Hans researched Mortgage Backed Security modeling. Hans holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Leiden University. Additionally, an Advanced Valuation degree was obtained from the AIF in 2008.
