Igor Zhigora

Igor Zhigora currently serves as the Head of Commercial Silkway and Westbound Intermodal at DP World since June 2023. Previously, Igor held the position of Chief Executive Officer at DP World TIS Container Terminal from December 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Global Sales and Business Development Director at InterRail Service, Chief Commercial Officer at FLC, and Managing Director at Steveco Oy, where operations included 24/7 terminal and depot activities at Finland's leading port facilities. Igor has also served as Managing Director at Eurosib Logistics, Cluster Sales Director for Russia, Baltics, and Finland at Maersk Line, and Commercial General Manager at APM Terminals. Earlier career roles include Area Key Client Director and Country Sales Manager at Maersk Line, as well as Deputy Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at MB Group Impex. Igor holds a master’s degree in economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), which was completed in 1986.
