Jan Boermans has extensive experience in safety and environmental management, currently serving as the Chairman of ICHCA ISP since April 2014. Jan Boermans has been the Regional HSE Director for Europe and Russia at DP World since March 2005 and previously held the position of Regional S&E Manager at AMCOR PET Packaging from February 1996 to March 2005. Jan Boermans holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, obtained between 1984 and 1988, and completed a Niveau 1 Safety course at Ghent University in 1992-1993.
