Jo Leslie

Jo Leslie is currently the Director of Culture Transformation at DP World, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness across the Europe Region. They have extensive experience in human resources and employee development, previously serving as an Employee Development Specialist at SYNCREON and Training Lead at syncreon Netherlands B.V. Jo's earlier roles included Divisional HR Manager at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Human Resources Advisor at Croydon Primary Care Trust. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources at London South Bank University and have earned a Diploma in Organisational Development in Practice from Roffey Park Institute.
