Ryan Warnaby

Ryan Warnaby is a driven operational leader currently serving as a Senior Lean Manager EMEA at DP World and EMEA Business Systems Leader at Signode. With extensive experience in Lean methodologies and a strong background in sales, engineering management, and operational management, Ryan has worked across various industries including hydraulic, defense, and pharmaceuticals. Previously, Ryan held roles such as Lean Facilitator and Value Stream Leader at Parker Hannifin, where efforts included significant inventory reductions and process improvements. Having lived in the Czech Republic and traveled extensively throughout Europe and North America, Ryan is also a keen educator and coach of Lean tools and culture. Ryan earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Matthew Bolton College.
