Ubin Sam is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and business process management. Currently serving as the Business Process Lead at DP World since January 2024, Ubin has previously held leadership roles, including Head of Customer Experience and Support at Mara Phones from July 2019 to December 2023, and Manager of Corporate and High Value Customer Management and Collections at Airtel Rwanda from June 2013 to June 2019. Earlier in a career that began at Vodafone, Ubin managed Customer Support Services from December 1998 to December 2010. Ubin holds a Post Graduation Diploma from the National Institute of Information Technology in Bangalore and has a degree from Bangalore University.
