Previously, Vinay served as Senior Manager in the CEO's Office at Delhivery, focusing on business strategy and program management. Their career also includes roles at Adani Solar, UltraTech Cement, and UnitedHealth Group, where they developed expertise in corporate strategy, project management, and business intelligence. Vinay holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Raipur and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from GGSIPU, Delhi. In 2018, they represented India as a Youth Delegate to China, showcasing their commitment to international collaboration.
