DPA's Founder is David Press, a specialist recruiter with over 30 years’ experience who founded, scaled and successfully exited DMJ Recruitment (sale to Private Equity in 2022), an award-winning legal and governance recruitment company. 

In this new venture, DPA Group brings together deep industry knowledge and expertise with a new way of working inspired by the success of dispersed law and consultancy firms.

Our initial focus is the governance market, where we bring deep expertise and long-established networks. From this foundation, we are building a broader specialist recruitment business across key functions including legal, risk, compliance and finance.

Our experienced specialist recruiters will work under the DPA Group platform, with the infrastructure, branding and support to build successful careers on their own terms without the constraints of conventional recruitment firms.
