Rob Ester

Rob Ester began their career as the (hoofd)redacteur at The Music Factory in 1998. Rob then moved on to become the music director at Noordzee FM in 2000. In 2005, they joined Q-music as a music director before taking on the role of music & content director in 2011. Recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Music at the radiozenders of DPG Media Nederland (Qmusic, JOE).

Rob Ester obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 1994. Rob then pursued further studies at Tilburg University, where they completed their Drs degree in Text & Communication in 1997.
