Pierre Lampert

Pierre Lampert has extensive experience in the beauty industry. Pierre began their career in 1995 as a Product Manager at L'Oreal France, Germany and Austria, and rose to become the Marketing Director there. In 2001, they moved to L'Oréal where they held the roles of Deputy General Manager Western Europe, Brand General Manager Europe, General Manager North America Zone, Vice President General Manager and Vice President, Marketing & Creative. In 2014, they founded B.Relevant Consulting LLC and in 2016, they became the CEO of Ouidad. In 2019, they took on the role of CEO at Frederic Fekkai & Co, and in 2022, they will become the Chief Executive Officer of dpHUE.

Pierre Lampert attended INSEAD in 2004, where they completed the Leadership for Growth program. Pierre then attended ESCP Business School from 1991 to 1995, earning a Master degree in Marketing & International Trade.
