Benji Kusters

Benji Kusters is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, policy, and creative consulting. Currently serving as Teamlead and Senior Creative Consultant at DPI since September 2022, Kusters focuses on strategy and concept development. Previous roles include Policy Officer at the Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat, where responsibilities spanned various departments, and Innovation Attaché at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Sweden. Kusters has also contributed to marketing and project management at ARHK, led production efforts for de Kiesmannen, and hosted interviews for Room for Discussion. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by international experience at The University of British Columbia.
