Marika Mellas

Marika Mellas is the General Manager of Operations at DPM Financial Services, where Marika oversees operations within the company. Prior to this, Marika worked at National Australia Bank as a Business Improvement Manager and Kaizen Manager, leading teams focused on improving business operations and implementing various quality frameworks. Marika holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Science from La Trobe University.
