Tom Molyneux-Wright

Tom Molyneux-Wright is an Associate Director at DPP, where they provide strategic planning advice to facilitate high-quality developments. With over a decade of experience, Tom has led multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of projects, including residential, urban regeneration, education, commercial, and healthcare schemes. They began their career in Bristol with traditional housebuilders before relocating to Cardiff, and have extensive experience in urban regeneration, particularly with tall buildings. Tom is a chartered member of the RTPI and actively participates on the RTPI Cymru Executive Committee to promote planning policy and research in Wales. They are dedicated to delivering detailed and results-driven planning guidance to developers, landowners, and the public sector.
