Carl Cooper

Carl Cooper has extensive experience in project scheduling and planning, currently serving as a Scheduler at DPR Construction since October 2020. Previously, Carl held leadership roles at PBF Energy from January 2014 to July 2020, including Lead Planner/Scheduler and Senior Planner/Scheduler. Carl's career also includes significant contributions at Faithful+Gould, where roles included Lead Senior Scheduler and Senior Scheduler for major clients such as Tesoro and Exxon Mobil refineries. Prior to that, experience as a Project Manager and Project Planner at Bombardier Transportation involved key projects like the London Underground SSL and Victoria Line Upgrade. Carl began the professional journey as a Graduate Trainee after earning a BEng in Integrated Engineering with Industrial Management from the University of Liverpool between 1994 and 1998.
