Damien McCants possesses extensive experience in business development and project management within the construction and mechanical systems industries. Currently serving in a business development role at DPR Construction since June 2021, Damien previously held positions at Mortenson as a Senior Business Development Manager and Project Manager, as well as at Critchfield Mechanical, Inc. as Director of Business Development. Damien's career commenced at Carrier Corporation, holding multiple roles including Service Supervisor and Account Manager, and included a key position at Johnson Controls as a Construction Sales Engineer. Having earned an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, Damien has demonstrated proficiency in managing customer partnerships, providing building solutions, and enhancing company presence in competitive markets.
