David Croce

David Croce is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and facilities management industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DPR Construction since October 2025, David previously held a similar role at IQHQ from May 2021 to October 2025. Prior to this, David was the Director of Facilities Services at GCP, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of facilities services for a 300,000 sq. ft. facility from August 2005 to May 2021. David's career began at W. R. Grace & Co Conn. as a Facilities Manager, overseeing project management of capital construction projects for laboratories, office spaces, and building upgrades from September 1999 to July 2005.
