De'Nard Stringer

De'Nard Stringer is an experienced Superintendent at DPR Construction since May 2013, specializing in large-scale tenant improvement projects, including a 1,000,000 sqft first-generation build-out of a 40-story Class A office in Uptown Charlotte. Previous experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Assistant Superintendent on significant projects such as Biogen's pharmaceutical facilities infrastructure upgrade, Kennesaw State University's Student Recreation and Activities Center, a 9-story Hyatt Hotel in Charleston, and a 19-floor student housing complex in Atlanta. De'Nard holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Auburn University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
