Don Head has extensive experience in safety, health, and environmental leadership within the construction industry. At DPR Construction since April 2016, Don serves as a 1DPR Resource, focusing on cultural leadership and promoting an injury-free mindset, along with strategic policy development for major projects. Previously, Don worked for Balfour Beatty Construction US from 2008 to April 2016, as Safety, Health and Environmental Director, where responsibilities included implementing safety policies and supervising senior staff. Earlier roles as Regional Safety Manager at Balfour Beatty and Cherry Hill Construction, and Safety Manager at Facchina further solidified Don's expertise in HSE management across multiple regions. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Towson University.
