Prior to their current role, Philippa served as a Senior Project Manager at Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. and held various positions in project management and administration at Hinson Building Corporation and Wallace Associates, LLC. Philippa earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida in 1988.
