John Beal

John Beal is an experienced project management professional with a strong focus on driving project excellence and fostering collaborative leadership in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at DPR Construction since September 2025, John excels in strategic procurement and maintaining safety, quality, and cost control while leading cross-functional teams on complex projects. Previously, John held senior roles at rand* construction corporation and Structor Group, along with multiple project management positions at Leapley Construction Group, New South Construction, and HITT Contracting Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing quality control, project execution, and managing a variety of construction initiatives. John began his career as a Project Engineer at JC Beal Construction, contributing to significant renovation projects and assisting with various project management tasks. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
