Katherine Hall

Katherine Hall is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Talent Partner at DPR Construction since February 2015. In this role, Katherine focuses on hiring, inspiring, developing, and growing top talent within the organization. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager and Project Engineer at the University of Southern California where Katherine managed on-campus construction projects, facilitated the civil engineering design review process, and coordinated with contractors. Katherine also completed internships as a Project Engineer Intern at DPR Construction and an Office & Field Construction Intern at Hensel Phelps Construction Co., where responsibilities included managing bid processes, document control, and assisting in field operations. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
