Michael Schlake

Michael Schlake, LEED AP, is currently an MEP Superintendent at DPR Construction, where they leverage extensive experience in project management and engineering. Previously, Michael held various roles at Bovis Lend Lease, contributing to significant projects such as high-rise condominiums and hospital expansions. Their background includes positions as an Electrical Project Manager at Kiewit and a Lead Estimator at Mass Electric Construction, where they managed complex estimating processes for major infrastructure projects. Michael earned dual degrees in Construction Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
