Mike Ranney

Mike Ranney is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in scheduling and project delivery. Currently serving as Sr. VD&C Manager at DPR Construction since April 2021, Mike previously held various roles at Swinerton from December 2005 to April 2021, including VD&C Manager and Senior Scheduler, where responsibilities encompassed project scheduling in areas such as OSHPD, high-rise residential, retail, and historic renovations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mike's expertise includes baseline schedule development, schedule impact analysis, and 4D visualizations using Synchro software. Prior experience also includes a role as Production Scheduler at The Boldt Company, managing the Last Planner System on a major hospital project, and as Assistant Project Manager at Syncon Homes. Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
