Olivia Wu

Olivia (Xinnan) Wu is a professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Engineer at DPR Construction since July 2021, Olivia has previously worked as a Cost Estimator at Tower Holdings Group, where responsibilities included analyzing project scopes and preparing cost proposals. Olivia's experience also encompasses roles such as Research Assistant at Columbia University, where data analysis improved hoist productivity, and various internships focused on construction management and engineering, including positions at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and Beijing-based firms. Olivia holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Beijing University of Technology, coupled with certifications as an Engineer in Training (EIT) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate (LEED GA).
