Scott Sass

Scott Sass is a seasoned construction professional with nearly 30 years of hands-on management and leadership experience. Currently serving as a Business Unit Leader at DPR Construction, they oversee operations and foster growth within project teams. Previously, Scott held various roles at DPR, including Project Executive and SSG Leader, where they inspired excellence and nurtured client relationships. Prior experience includes positions as a Project Engineer at Linbeck and a Carpenter at Interior Systems, Inc., where they discovered their passion for the construction industry. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
