Simran Bajaj

Simran Bajaj is an incoming Project Engineer at DPR Construction, engaged in pre-construction and project engineering as a Project Engineer intern. Additionally, Simran serves as the Vice President of External Affairs at BEACN, maintaining alumni relations and organizing industry events. As a Project Manager at BEACN, Simran led a team to assess over $16 billion in electric grid modernization investments for a utility company. Previous roles include Associate Consultant at BEACN, where strategies for EV battery recycling centers and circular economy initiatives were developed, and Administrative Assistant at the PATH to Care Center, coordinating logistics for a sexual violence prevention center. Simran also participated in the Fung Fellowship at UC Berkeley, creating a rainwater capture prototype, and currently holds the position of Internal Vice President at Sustainable Entrepreneurship At Berkeley, overseeing financial operations. Simran is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, following an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Dubai International Academy.
