Stepheni Dougan has a diverse background in construction, facilities management, and legal support. Currently serving at DPR Construction since January 2020 in the role of Building Great Things, Stepheni previously worked as the Director of the Green Campus Program at Facilities Management and Services, Chico State from August 2018 to August 2019.
