Thomas Bancroft

Thomas Bancroft is an accomplished estimator at DPR Construction, where they provide preconstruction services from concept to completion. With prior experience as a Preconstruction Manager and Project Engineer, Thomas has honed skills in project management and collaboration with subcontractors. They began their career with roles in preconstruction and finance, including an internship at Lease Crutcher Lewis, before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University, graduating Cum Laude. Thomas's attention to detail and understanding of customer needs have been pivotal in supporting various projects, both negotiated and hard-bid.
