John Shaughnessy

John Shaughnessy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the semiconductor and medical device sectors. Currently serving as a Design Project Manager and Site Co-Lean Lead at DPS Group Global since October 2021, John oversees continuous improvement initiatives and coordinates the installation of advanced semiconductor systems on a significant €9 billion project in Ireland. Prior to this role, John enhanced production efficiency as a Process Engineering Technician at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where a €20 million automation retrofit was implemented, and production improved by 20%. John's career began at Medtronic, where responsibilities included training operators and managing hazardous processes.
