Mark Cotter is an experienced civil structural engineer currently serving as the Lead Civil Structural Engineer and Deputy CSA Department Manager at DPS Group Global since June 2019. Prior roles include Structural Project Engineer at BDP (Building Design Partnership Ltd) from December 2017 to June 2019, and Structural Design Engineer at Robert Bird Group from August 2015 to December 2017.
