Tom Leonard

Tom Leonard is an experienced Project Controls Lead at DPS Engineering (S) Pte Ltd since May 2006, specializing in budget estimates, tender documents, procurement, contracts, valuations, final accounts, claims, and all cost control requirements. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Senior CSA QS at Hedderman Stanley & Associates from January 2004 to May 2006 and at Jacobs Engineering from May 1994 to January 2004. Tom holds a BSc in surveying and construction economics from Technological University Dublin, completed between 1984 and 1990, and attended Rockbrook Park School from 1977 to 1983.
