Founded by Richard Stocking, former CEO of Swift Transportation. Built on the timeless principles of trust, leadership, and the pursuit of the truth. Our name, DPX, is the model we use to solve problems, decrease waste, and increase value -- Diagnose, Prescribe, and Execute. Our unique customer-centric approach helps organizations unleash the talent of their people and realize the organization's potential through simple timeless processes that work. Our team of experienced professionals helps organizations clarify their problems/opportunities and prescribe a clear path for executing on them. We think you'll find our organization is unique in the professional consulting space because we employ only experienced professionals with 20+ years of experience who have sat in executive positions and know the importance of producing results and not just pontificating theories or pointing fingers. Our emphasis is heavy on the execution side and after decades of experience managing projects and implementing change, we have a reliable system that delivers and can help others deliver too!
