Saran M has worked in various roles since 2008. In 2008, they were a Quality Analyst at Netstar Technology Solutions - India. In 2009, they became a Business Development Manager at Photon. In 2017, they became a Business Consultant at Confidential. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Product Management & Business Development at DQLabs, Inc.

Saran M completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University between 2004 and 2008. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from SIMS College of Education between 2013 and 2015.
