Carmen Dohn is an expert in inbound marketing, account-based marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, and lead management, with over 20 years of experience in customer communication, lead acquisition, and customer retention. Currently, Carmen serves as the owner of Marketing Büro, providing marketing power for small and medium-sized enterprises. Prior to this role, Carmen held various leadership positions, including Head of Marketing at Arkadin and Director of Marketing Communication at Sage Software GmbH, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement. Carmen is well-versed in developing effective marketing strategies that prioritize inbound methods over traditional cold calling.
