Johan Decock has extensive experience in information security and IT consulting, starting with roles as an engineer and consultant at Computer Company and Telco between 1998 and 2008. Johan's career includes significant positions such as IS Department personnel at SHURGARD Self-Storage, IS Support team member at DHL EECC, and ICT consultant at Koning Boudewijnstichting from 2009 to 2014. As a consultant at SerSo from April 2016 to April 2021, expertise in GDPR, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 was developed. Johan is currently serving as an Inspector Certification Expert at the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium and as an Authorized Lead Auditor for ISO 27001/9001 at DQS Belgium since January 2019. Additional experience includes a role as an Information Security & Data Protection consultant at Positive Thinking Company. Education was completed at Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven from 1996 to 1998.
